The PSG Team through a $2.65M/2 year cooperative teaming engagement for Rapid Process Improvement event has:

• Provided EB-5 (Immigrant investor Visa Program) process and case management analysis. Conducted Value Stream Mapping of various mission processes and associated forms to capture total cost per case. Used information to justify policy and rate changes for outward facing services (naturalization, EB-5, Citizenship, Green Card, H1-B: Employ foreign workers)

• Leading Office of Policy and Strategy reorganization. Reorganized office along functional areas vice traditional operational divisions. Increased workforce capacity by 25% by recommending and deploying a cross-training/mentoring program to grow employee skills in multiple positions.

• Supporting Human Capital and Training office to automate several HR processes using Infopath and SharePoint. Resulting savings of 14,000 hours of cost avoidance per year.

• Leading Field Operations Directorate in eliminating self-reported time. Cost avoidance of 27,000 hours realized annually.
